A. Stephen
Pack, the Bronx
doctor who forcibly injected his girlfriend with an abortifacient
drug, was sentenced to two years in prison.
Despite the injection, the girlfriend, Joy Schepis,
gave birth to a healthy baby boy last November.
B. Arizona
abortion doctor, John Biskind received five years in
prison after being found guilty in the manslaughter death of LouAnne Herron. Herron’s abortion was performed after the
baby was viable, which is in violation of state law.
C. Dr.
Jose Higuera lost his medical license in Michigan
after performing a third trimester abortion for no valid medical reason. The
abortionist avoided a prison sentence by pleading guilty only to altering the
woman’s medical records. This was enough to cost the 61-year-old doctor his
license.
D. Teodoro Gonzalez plead
guilty to one count of first-degree rape, after being accused of repeatedly
raping his step-daughter, getting her pregnant twice and forcing her to have an
abortion to cover up his crime. The girl was 13-years old at the time of the
abortion.
16. George
Bush waffles on his commitment to the unborn as seen in a statement given by a
White House aide that was published in USA Today on April, 20, 2001.
